Baked Eggs in a Well

What You Need:
1 t of ground cumin
6 garlic cloves, sliced thin
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 orange bell pepper, cored seeded and sliced ling
2 russet potatoes cut into small cubes

4 large oranges
1/2 C of honey
