What You Need:
2 C all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C pumpkin puree
1 C sugar
1/2 C skim milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 C canola oil

1 C light brown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 C all purpose flour
31/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 C brown sugar
12/3 C pumpkin puree
1/4 C canola oil
1/2 C walnuts, chopped
